We are going to challenge critical thinking and investigative skills to create works of art that reflects our literary understanding. We’ll let books lead us into a world of creativity! Our main purpose is to meet each student where they are and to provide an environment that encourages learning through books and creativity. Babee Book Club is a great program for anyone looking for more social time and less screen time. Join the adventure! 

Our summer session will follow the weekly themes of summer camp. Each week we’ll research our theme with books from the local libraries. We’ll read, research, plan, and execute a weekly interactive art project to be displayed in our gallery alongside our campers.

This class is perfect for families with young artists who are looking to engage in summer reading activities, as well as, artistic creation. Our art projects will explore different mediums, from clay, to paper mache’, to wire work, there is something to explore for every little artist.

Our program incorporates English-Language Arts Standards from the Georgia Department of Education and curated themes based on the interests of the children. Lots of learning can be incorporated and created based solely off of a child’s natural curiosity. Our session runs alongside the school year with camps in the summer. Class is included in the membership! Class meets once weekly for 90 minutes each time. Each week we will explore a new theme, while building upon skills learned in the weeks prior.e Are

Babee Book Club is a community club that focus on all things literature, art, and fun! We were designed with 1989 in mind! Years ago, humans used to indulge in books to learn everything they knew. Today, we are implementing that same thirst for knowledge into our program.
